If the FPE is not working you can try:
- using an alternative browser to one you are using currently
- Clear cache in your browser (please refer to the Why clearing cache in a browser is important and how to do it FAQ for more detail).
- Try again in a few minutes, in case the system is undergoing maintenance
If the above methods are not successful, please log a fault using the DSP Customer Forum Submit Feedback/Report and issue functionality.
