The Recorded Flood Outlines (RFO) dataset provides dates of the flood events along with other information. This can be found in the layer attribute table - as shown below:

The Historic Flood Map, which is only a subset of the RFO, doesn’t contain this information, however as it is only a subset, the relevant date information can be found in the RFO attribute table as mentioned above (or through querying the relevant polygons in GIS software)
