If you experience issues with the Explorer not displaying correctly (this can be either the map, the date pickers or the tables) there are a few troubleshooting tips you can try (these are also listed at the bottom of the how to use pages on the Explorer):
- Press the refresh button (F5) and allow pages to reload completely
- Use Chrome (rather than Internet Explorer)
If the above simple fixes don't work, then you may want to try to clear your cache. Instructions on how to do this when in Google Chrome are here. Once you’ve done that, close Chrome down completely, then reopen Chrome and open the Explorer again.
Clearing your cache is often required when webpages you visit regularly have been updated.
