If you see the three horizontal blue bars there are a few troubleshooting tips you can try (these are also listed at the bottom of the how to use pages on the explorer):
- Press the refresh button (F5)
- Use Chrome to open the explorer (rather than internet explorer).
- Finally, clear your Cache. Instructions on how to do this when in Google Chrome are here. Once you’ve done that, close Chrome down completely, then reopen Chrome and open the explorer again. Clearing your cache is often required when webpages you visit regularly have been updated.
