    Issues accessing spatial datasets

    If you are experiencing issues when accessing a previously viewed spatial dataset on the Data Services Platform, before raising a support ticket please try clearing your browser cache and restarting the browser. 

    To clear cache:

    1. Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [del] on your Keyboard.
    2. Select the relevant time period e.g "since installation"
    3. Confirm your settings and "delete browser data"
    4. Refresh the page.

    If this does not resolve the issue, please raise a support ticket using the "report an issue" form.
