    Issues accessing spatial datasets

    If you are experiencing issues when accessing a previously viewed spatial dataset on the Data Services Platform, before raising a support ticket please try clearing your browser cache and restarting the browser. 

    In most web browsers, to clear your cache:

    1. Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del] on your Keyboard.
    2. Select the relevant time period, e.g. "all time", and the "Cached images and files" option.
    3. Confirm your settings and "Clear now" or "Clear data".
    4. Refresh the page.

    If this does not resolve the issue, please raise a support ticket using the "report an issue" form.
