If you are experiencing issues when accessing a previously viewed spatial dataset on the Data Services Platform, before raising a support ticket please try clearing your browser cache and restarting the browser.
In most web browsers, to clear your cache:
- Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del] on your Keyboard.
- Select the relevant time period, e.g. "all time", and the "Cached images and files" option.
- Confirm your settings and "Clear now" or "Clear data".
- Refresh the page.
If this does not resolve the issue, please raise a support ticket using the "report an issue" form.
