If you are experiencing issues when accessing a previously viewed spatial dataset on the Data Services Platform, before raising a support ticket please try clearing your browser cache and restarting the browser.
To clear cache:
- Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [del] on your Keyboard.
- Select the relevant time period e.g "since installation"
- Confirm your settings and "delete browser data"
- Refresh the page.
If this does not resolve the issue, please raise a support ticket using the "report an issue" form.
