After you have registered for an account you should normally receive a confirmation email with a link to set your password. If you do not receive an email after 2 days, please get in contact with using the report an issue form.
Alternatively, if you have not received your first or second email please do the following:
- Check your spam or junk folders
- Try registering again- if you registered with the correct or same email it should give you a warning that this email is already in use ( this should check in case they mistyped their email?)
- Contact your IT department or Email administrator to check if the emails have been blocked or quarantined.
